Kennedy Space Center's Taste of Space
This one-of-a-kind evening featured acclaimed chefs Rocco DiSpirito (Tournament of Champions, Guy's Grocery Games), Duff Goldman (Ace of Cakes, Kids Baking Championship) and Marc Murphy (Chopped, Chopped Junior) who had the opportunity to cook incredibly special dishes inside Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex alongside Veteran NASA astronauts Bruce Melnick, Scott Altman, and Sandra Magnus.

Giada Catering
A catering company launched in the Los Angeles market to create immersive, showstopping, gorgeously executed catered events that transport guests to Italy using a signature style that merges Giada De Laurentis’ Italian heritage and family legacy with her California roots and culinary creativity. These settings and more will inspire the colors and flavors that will take guests on an exquisite journey to Giada’s own personal Italy. Inspired by her childhood days in Rome, her formative years in California and her family’s legacy — equal parts Hollywood glamour and Italian tradition — Giada Catering will design immersive events using a kaleidoscope of gorgeous details and moments.
Chefs Rocco & Smita - A Collaboration
We developed a Guest Chef Series, a collaboration between acclaimed Chef Rocco DiSpirito and Chef Smita Chutke from Buffalo, NY. The two chefs launched the series, working alongside Patina 250 executive chef Evan Wargo, to create a four-course dining experience preceded by a cocktail hour with passed hors d’oeuvres.

We represent several concepts that are ready to be placed into airport locations. We make sure each chef has a developed a restaurant that works and can be executed in a timely manner for the best customer experience at an airport. Branding, design, graphic work, menu testing, pricing and staff training are all part of our project management suite of services. We also offer a complete airport consulting service that includes:
